By accessing SpareSpot, you unconditionally accept these Terms of Use. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the platform.

2. User account

Registration is free. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all actions carried out from your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use SpareSpot.

3. Acceptable use

You are prohibited from:

• Posting false or misleading listings
• Using the platform for illegal purposes
• Disrupting the operation of the service or other users
• Collecting other users' data without their consent

4. Intellectual property

All content on SpareSpot (logo, design, code, texts) is the exclusive property of Arthur Cousin. Any reproduction without written permission is prohibited.

5. Personal data

SpareSpot collects and processes your data in accordance with the GDPR and the Swiss nFADP. Your data is used solely for the operation of the service. You have the right to access, rectify and delete your data by contacting us at contact@sparespot.ch — Privacy policy.

6. Modification of the service

SpareSpot reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue all or part of the service at any time, with or without notice.

7. Termination

SpareSpot may suspend or delete your account if these terms are violated, without notice or refund.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by Swiss law. Any dispute shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the canton of Vaud (Lausanne).
